Round Table Session
Roundtable proposals must contain the following information:
Title of Round Table Session. It must be succinct (maximum 100 characters) and objectively describe the session;
Contact details of the round table person and proposals for presenters and moderators for the round table entry;
A general summary of the round table that will be included in the summary of the event; Forms of declaring conflicts of interest.
A general / synopsis summary, which will present the round table (the purpose and the educational objectives of the session), will be sent for the round table session.
The abstract will have a maximum of 300 words and will include 2 bibliographic references quoted at the end of the abstract.
Summarised drafting rules
• The title of the abstract will be written both in Romanian (using diacritics) and in English. It must be succinct (maximum 100 characters) and outline the content of the abstract with maximum precision and concision.
• The summary will not be formatted and will not include graphics, photos, sketches or tables.
• Text will be written without line, paragraph, or other indentations.
• Please ensure that the text does not contain errors of spelling or grammar.
Presenters and moderators
We will nominate a maximum of 3 presenters and 2 moderators for each round table. Presenters and moderators must be informed in advance of the session coordinator, accept engagement in the debate, and confirm attendance at the round table if included in the scientific program.
Declaring conflicts of interest
In accordance with the requirements of the Romanian Association of International Medicines Manufacturers (ARPIM) and with the rules of the Romanian College of Physicians, the use of trade names for medicinal products or company names is not permitted in the summaries given for the event (title and content).

All authors must declare any existing or potential conflicts of interest, including financial, personal or any other nature, with other individuals or organizations that might influence or might be perceived as influencing their work.
